This makes sense to me. If George Soros playes his game again with one or two eastern European currencies, the Euro should tank. That’ll give me a good chance to buy a summer house back home… If my dollar-denominated stocks (which I keep holding on to – like all us morons who can’t handle a loss) aren’t all at the brink of bankruptcy by then.
It’s too bad it’s so darn hard to see the value of a currency. No PE ratios to calculate.
