Here we go again. Obama just declared that his new job proposal will not bust the debt limit. It won’t have to, because we are already there.   As of August 31st, 2011, the United States now has just about $10 billion in additional borrowing authority.  Don’t believe me?  Just check the treasury direct source yourself.  Or if you do believe me, just look at the picture below which comes direct from the source.
